Graviti Bike Hire came about due to Jamie's passion in mountain biking and love of the Austrian Alps.

In 2002 Jamie started working for Tui UK ltd. (also known as Thomson/ Crystal, and in 2007 Jamie joined the 'Crystal Active' team in Kitzbuhel. Having throughly enjoyed the season the role continued in Kaprun.

Over the years, Jamie worked as a Technical Mountain bike instructor, bike mechanic, holiday rep and general 'go to guy' for 'Crystal Active'.. Graviti Bike Hire came about due to Crystal 'Active'/TUI UK closing down their summer business operations and an eagerness to continue offering this service..

In 2009 Jamie purchased the bike fleet from 'TUI UK' and set up an independant bike hire company Graviti Bike Hire...and the rest...well, come check it out and be part of it!

Jamie is 'OTC Technical bike leader' qualified and has been mountain biking for 20 years. In 2007 Jamie logged over 250 hours of instruction riding time and in 08 passed the 300 hours mark, and now...well we've lost count! He is a freeride and downhill enthuisast & is usually found on local singletrack, bike parks or being a 'grease monkey' in the bike shop. Jamie lives in Kaprun all year round and works for 'Brundl sports' during the winter Season.
