Jamie & Caroline have lived in Austria for a number of years. During this time they have enjoyed all the region has to offer. They are both experienced snowboarders, skiiers. Caroline is very knowledgable with the hiking trails and Jamie knows the bike routes in the summer..

Jamie & Caroline regularly guided coach excursions, activities and winter apres events to popular tourist destinations in and around Zell am See / Kaprun.

In Summer 2008 Jamie & Caroline ran the 'Crystal Active' summer programme in Kaprun. Key roles were to look after all customers, provide them with resort information during a welcome meet, book activities & excursions. We also operated a private mountain bike fleet at the Crystal office. In 2009 Jamie purchased the bike fleet from 'TUI UK' and set up an independant bike hire company - Graviti!

Jamie is 'OTC Technical bike leader' qualified and has been riding for 20 years. In 2007 Jamie logged over 250 hours of guided riding time with Crystal customers and guided for three consecutive seasons. He is a downhill / freeride enthuisast & is usually found on local singletrack, bike parks or being a grease monkey in the bike shop. Jamie lives in Kaprun and works as a ski / snowboard guide during the winter months.

Caroline has lived in Austria for the last seven years, working in a variety of resorts including Kaprun, Zell am See, Kizbuhel & St. Anton. She is currently the Resort(s) Manager of Zell am See, Kaprun & Pinzgau area for Thomson / Crystal / First Choice. Outside of work, she is a keen snowboarder, hiker and enjoys XC and freeride MTB.

Caroline is a qualified OTC Mountain Bike 'Trail leader', regularly taking groups out in 2008. She is a qualified hiking guide through 'Mountain Tracks' & is first aid qualified. Caroline knows her way around a bike more than most guys & isn't afraid to get her hands dirty!!
